02How does billing work?
Billing is monthly in advance. Up to 2 unused lectures carry over. No long-term contract: pause or stop before the next billing date.
03Can we reschedule?
Free rescheduling with 24 hours' notice.
04What do we need for online classes?
Requires a laptop or desktop, stable internet, and a webcam.
05How does communication with my child work?
Safety: all communication goes through the parent's WhatsApp, never directly with the child, and a parent should be nearby for children under 12.
