Raising creators, not users.

A three-year program for Grades 5 to 7, taught inside your school.

We bring the curriculum and the teacher. You bring the timetable slot and the lab you already have.

  • 3-4periods a week
  • 4projects built each year
  • 3years with the same cohort
  • 0exams or homework

The problem

An education that gives a child no exposure to current technology leaves them unready for the world they will actually walk into. And that technology now changes faster than any syllabus can be revised.

Our solution

Zehn closes that gap. We work in this field every day, and we bring our people and our curriculum into your school to pass that knowledge to your students, updated every year.

The plan

One direction across three years: first a child learns to think clearly, then to build for real, then to use the tools of the industry with judgment. Each year assumes the one before it and ends with work the child can show a parent.

Grade 5Year one
  • Breaking a problem into small logical steps, and finding their own mistakes
  • Designing and building their own game in Scratch
  • The fundamentals of programming in Python
  • Explaining what they built, in their own words, so presenting their work becomes natural
Grade 6Year two
  • Going further in Python, and solving harder problems with it
  • Building real working systems in Python, not just exercises
  • Working with a partner to a brief, and finishing on a deadline
Grade 7Year three
  • How AI, robotics and web apps actually work, at a level they can follow
  • Using AI tools properly, and building their first working web apps
  • Seeing where AI is already used across different fields, so they can find what interests them

How it rolls out in your school

Year one, we teach Grade 5 only. Year two, that class moves up to Grade 6 and a new Grade 5 starts, so two years run together. By year three all of Grades 5, 6 and 7 are running and the program is fully in place. You are never asked to absorb everything at once.

What we offer

The school provides

  • Three to four periods a week, ideally a regular class Monday to Thursday so the subject keeps a rhythm
  • The lab as it already is. We design the year around what is actually there
  • The teacher on your payroll, on your own terms

Zehn provides

  • We find and test the teacher, so the school is not guessing at skills it cannot judge
  • We train them before the session starts, and keep training through the year
  • We write every session, so quality does not rest on one person's memory
  • We report monthly on what was covered and how the class is doing
  • We replace within seven working days if the teacher leaves mid-session
  • We update the curriculum every year, as the industry moves

What parents see

There are no exams and no homework. Everything happens inside the class, and because the learning is practical there is always something to show. Children finish real projects through the year and take that work home, and we close the session with an open showcase where they present what they built to their parents.

Who is behind Zehn

Shahzaib, Founder

I am an AI engineer. For the past three years I have built production AI systems for companies in the United States and Europe, and I co-founded Synora Labs, an automation studio.

I started Zehn because schools are asked to prepare children for work that did not exist when the syllabus was written, with no reliable way to judge who can teach it. I can say precisely what a child should be able to do, and test whether the person standing in your classroom can get them there.

Talk to us about your school

We are starting with a small number of schools this session, so each one gets direct attention. Tell us your grade sizes and what your lab looks like, and we will come and see it.
